Thank you for using Project TEACH's Consultation Service. We're here to support you in caring for the mental health needs of those you serve. Please use this form to schedule a consultation block with a Perinatal Psychiatrist or our Perinatal Psychologist.
Our Perinatal Psychologist can consult with any clinician in New York that would like to discuss behavioral health support and/or recommendations specific to pregnant or postpartum individuals.
The Project TEACH psychiatrist or psychologist will call the requesting clinician during the selected time slot.
Please Note: Only a NYS licensed prescriber can schedule a consult time with our psychiatrists to discuss medications, diagnostic or treatment recommendations.
