This Intensive Training Program Includes:
2 day training event + 3 virtual follow-up sessions = 15 CME credits.
Those who attended the 2 day training event are encouraged to attend as many follow-up sessions that your schedule allows. Clinicians who complete 14 CME hours and utilize the consultation line twice will receive a Certificate of Completion from Project TEACH.
This program will enhance a healthcare provider’s skills to assess, treat and manage mental health concerns in child and adolescent patients. The focus is to provide helpful tools and strategies for primary care clinicians who are treating pediatric patients and their families. This event offers presentations by Project TEACH’s expert team of child and adolescent psychiatrists along with primary care clinicians.
Project TEACH is funded by the New York State Office of Mental Health and all services and events, such as this intensive training, are offered at no-cost to clinicians in New York State.

Attendees of the full-day intensive training are encouraged to participate in the follow-up learning session. This is a virtual, Zoom interactive event. Those who register and/or attend the April 6 – 7 program will be sent the link to join this follow-up session.
All Follow-Up Sessions will take place between 12:00pm – 1:00pm.
New York State clinicians practicing in a pediatric, family practice and/or school-based health clinic; including: physicians, psychologists, nursing professionals, social workers and residents.
This training program is offered at no cost to physicians and clinicians affiliated with a practice that provides medical or psychiatric treatment to children and adolescents in New York State. .It is offered as a service provided by Project TEACH and is funded by the NYS Office of Mental Health.
ACCREDITATION:
The University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

**The UB CME Office will provide UB CME Certificates of Attendance to allied healthcare professionals or non-physicians, who have attended a UB CME certified and accredited educational activity. The allied healthcare professional is responsible for submitting the UB CME certificate to their own governing body for credit. Most allied healthcare professional boards accept Physician credits.
Credit Claim: All registrants will receive online instructions on how to access the Project TEACH Learning Management System to receive CME credits and complete the evaluation form.
