Dr. Khatiya Moon is the Medical Director of the Collaborative Care Program at Northwell Health. She leads a team of care managers and psychiatrists who provide integrated behavioral support to adult primary care, pediatric, and Ob/GYN practices across Northwell’s footprint in the Westchester, NYC, and Long Island areas. Dr. Moon is a reproductive psychiatrist who has provided care to hundreds of women with peripartum mental health disorders, including women with psychosis, substance use disorders, and complex social needs. Dr. Moon receives support from New York State to conduct research on the use of digital technology to augment behavioral health services for women and individuals with depression/anxiety. She earned her MD at Weill Cornell Medical College and completed her residency training in general adult psychiatry at Zucker Hillside Hospital/Northwell Health.
