obstetric nurse care
management and
depression care
management into the
Women’s Health
Practice with the
aim of becoming an
Obstetric Medical
Home.

Poleshuck,
Ph.D.

is Associate
Professor of
Psychiatry and
Obstetrics/Gynecology
at the University of
Rochester Medical
Center, and serves
as Directors of the
Program for Women’s
Mental Health and
Wellness and the
HEAL Collaborative
serving individuals
with experiences of
interpersonal
violence and trauma.
As a clinician,
administrator, and
educator, Dr.
Poleshuck
specializes
primarily in the
psychosocial
assessment and
treatment of women
and families with
mental health and
social needs who
present for care in
obstetrics and
gynecology
practices.

Sosa, MD,

MPH, FACOG, is a private practice obstetrician-gynecologist in Buffalo, NY and serves as Clinical Assistant Professor (volunteer) as the University of Buffalo. Dr. Sosa practices full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology using scientific evidence to help women make informed decisions about their well-being. Dr. Sosa manages low-risk pregnancies, high-risk pregnancies, and evidence-supported VBAC.
